Where do we ship to?

We ship to all corners of the world!  But please note the below...


Please allow 24-48 hours for products to be prepared and shipped after you placed your order.  Please note that orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays (GMT+8) will be processed on the following Monday.

Normally, our products reach our customers within 7-14 business days after shipping date.  We have experienced delays when shipping to certain countries in the European Union due to the processing time taken by the customs.  If you do not receive your product after that period, please send us an email at and we will look into it. 

Import taxes and duties

Some regions (e.g. in the European Union/ Taiwan) may impose duties and taxes on products shipped from abroad.  We apologize that we cannot cover such duties and taxes.  Please contact us at if you experience any issues in this regard and we will try our best to help.

Shipping issues

Once a parcel has been sent out, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address details and you request to reship the parcel, additional shipping fees will apply. We are not held responsible for any lost/ damaged item during shipping, however we will try out best to help if you experience any issues in this regard.
