No Refund and No Return Policy

At Flexiflow Apparel, we take pride in providing high-quality yoga apparel and accessories to our valued customers. However, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or fit as you had hoped. Therefore, we have established the following no refund and no return policy:

No Refunds : All sales made at Flexiflow Apparel are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of our products unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

No Returns : We do not accept returns for any products purchased through our website or in-store. This includes, but is not limited to, any clothing, accessories, or other products that you may have purchased from us.

Exchanges : In the rare event that you receive a damaged / defective product or the product size is unfit after receiving the actual product,  please contact us within 20 days of receiving the item, and we will do our best to work with you to make things right. However, we do not offer exchanges for any other reason.

We encourage all customers to carefully review the product description and sizing information before making a purchase to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your order.
